Additionally, the Company is partnered with a $4 Billion AUM firm that performs all aspects of loan origination, underwriting, servicing and at times selling of paper on secondary markets. Given current market volatility opportunistic investments for both debt and equity are readily available.

The Company offers an innovative process of raising capital for real estate projects through issuance of digital securities, which provides fractional ownership, allowing access for average investors who would otherwise not be able to participate in large real estate projects throughout the world, without extended hold periods.

We will be opportunistic as markets fluctuate, but conservative in trading or moving this arm of the business. Our intention is to build holdings over the next 3-5 years, before looking to leverage or liquidate assets.
